"Where a trust is established by Will or Living Trust Agreement with income to designated beneficiaries, the principal to be distributed at their death to their children, the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, Inc. , may be named as Contingent Beneficiary to receive the funds in case none of the final beneficiaries survives."

Form of Devise of Real Property

"I give, devise and bequeath, to the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, Inc. , Maryknoll, New York 10545,all that certain (here insert location and description) to be used for the general purposes of the Society as directed by its Board of Directors."

Memorial

If it is desired that a bequest be held by the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, Inc. , a Corporation, as a memorial to the testator or someone named by him/her the following may be added:
"This bequest (or devise) shall be known and designated as the [___________] Memorial Fund."

Life Income Bequest

"I give, devise and bequeath, to Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, Inc. , Maryknoll, New York 10545, the sum of $ [ ______ ] (and/or the securities or other property described herein, namely [ __________________], to be used for the general programs of the Society as directed by its Board of Directors provided, however, if (survivor’s name) survives me, the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, Inc. , shall issue its annuity agreement to (survivor’s name) in like face amount, at the rate prevailing for (his/her) age, with payments to be made to (her/him) as long as (he/she) shall live."
